How to Know Which One to Download. If you are unsure which version your Mac uses, you can easily check:
Click the Apple menu in the top-left corner of your screen (Apple logo).
Select About This Mac.
In the window that appears, look under the model name:
If you see Chip, followed by a name like "Apple M1", "M2", or "M3", you have an Apple Silicon Mac.
If you see Processor, followed by an "Intel" name, you have an Intel-based Mac.

Hold on, we are checking for spelling mistakes.
